Your account and people
Use your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for information you save and for having an appropriate basis to store other people’s information. Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful activity, spam, or attempts to access other accounts. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to store and process it to provide the service.
Free and Plus
Free includes 50 active people. New accounts receive a 14-day Plus trial without providing a payment card. Plus includes unlimited active people at US$5 per month or US$48 per year. Choosing a subscription through Stripe authorizes recurring billing at the interval and first-charge date displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are displayed before payment. A trial does not automatically charge you unless you explicitly subscribe.
Cancellations and plan changes
Cancel or change your billing interval in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; interval changes take effect at renewal. Failed renewals receive a 72-hour recovery period before returning to Free. After downgrading, saved people remain viewable and editable, but adding or restoring people requires staying within the Free limit or subscribing again. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support; applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Availability and deletion
We work to keep your desk available, but outages and maintenance can occur. Export information you need to retain independently. You can delete your account in Settings; this removes its app records and ends remaining subscriptions. We may restrict accounts used to abuse the service.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated before they apply to your subscription. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
